right, Fiat needs this type of service attitude to convince people that they have changed for the better. The email was replied within 2 days which is not bad.

This engine run-in question has bugged me as there are many different views and replies. The manual says nothing at all. So I thought best to ask Fiat themselves.

I've Learned Not To Care About My FC Anymore.. Wats Most Important Is The Ride Quality.. Gotta Enjoy It Rather Than Worrying About The FC.. What a Face

Got my car for over a week, so far my very first tank gave about 11km/L. Sure hope it improves after sometime;)

As for handling, do agree the steering is a little light. Not sure how switching off the ASR will help - any reasons why? But I guess it's worth a try.

Anti Slip Regulation system (ASR) restrict wheel slip in cases of reduced grip. ASR traction control works at any speed, and prevents the driven wheels from slipping by adjusting torque according to available levels of grip. Means The CAR IS NOT IN YOUR HANDS.. The ECU Is Controlling You..

ASR is only an assistance when the traction is slippery... but cos you're hands are still in control no matter what happens la...

i find the steering sensitive rather than light. that's becos i 'anchor' my arm to my lap when i'm cruising....
